Legal capacity

Reservations and services

All reservations for trips and transfers made through the site are subject to confirmation by Šahbaz Travel. Prices and availability may change without prior notice, up until a reservation is confirmed. Visitors are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information entered when making a reservation. Liability

Šahbaz Travel is not liable for any damages, losses or accidents occurring during travel, except where directly caused by intent, gross negligence or legal violations by the Šahbaz Travel team. We are not liable for damages arising from force majeure, third-party actions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Force majeure

Šahbaz Travel is not liable for failure or delay in performing services caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, road closures, strikes, states of war, epidemics, or decisions of competent state authorities.

Intellectual property

All content on the site, including text, images, logos and graphics, is owned by Šahbaz Travel or used with permission. Any unauthorized use is prohibited.

Third-party links

Our site may contain links to third-party websites. Šahbaz Travel is not responsible for the content or privacy policies of those sites.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms of use are governed by the laws of Bosnia and Herzegovina. The parties will make reasonable efforts to resolve any dispute amicably; failing that, the competent court in Bosnia and Herzegovina shall have jurisdiction.

Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be void, unlawful or unenforceable, this shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions, which shall remain in full force and effect.
